Location and access

The Bruggnhof is located directly in Caldaro in the small harbour of San Antonio, only 2 minutes' walk from the valley station of the Mendola Pass funicular railway. Due to its convenient location, the Bruggnhof can be easily reached by car and with public means of transport.

 

The fastest route to the Bruggnhof:

By car:
From the north: A22 Brenner motorway, take the Bozen-Süd exit, in the direction of Meran, then first exit dual carriageway - Eppan, on to the Weinstraße to Kaltern.
From the south: A22 Brenner motorway, take the Neumarkt-Auer exit, in the direction of Tramin, then take the Weinstraße to Kaltern.
Coming from West (from Resia Pass) on the dual carriage way Merano-Bolzano Me-Bo (SS38): take the Appiano exit, at the junction turn left in the direction of Caldaro (SS 42, approx. 10 km), turn off, at the 1st roundabout at the entry to the village of Caldaro take the 2nd exit in the direction of Caldaro Lake (approx. 1.5 km), follow the Wine Road (Strada del Vino - SP 14) to the 2nd roundabout and take the 1st exit in the direction of the Mendola funicular railway (SP 15, approx. 2 km). The Bruggnhof is located above the valley station.
